How to run your own virtual conference

1. Check the Elluminate Calendar to check availability for your proposed date and time (our license limit is 200 places).

2. Use the Event Submission Form below to reserve Elluminate places for your planned event.  We will send you a confirmation email with your session details.

3. If you wish to publicise your event and direct people to where they can register, we can set up an online sign-up form which will notify you whenever someone registers for your event. Alternatively, you can choose to manage your own registrations.

4. Email the participant link to your confirmed attendees.
